Competitor Analysis
Our technology has the unique role of primary screening, with the current standard in medicine comprising of visual/felt inspection or the tuning fork test. We also have indirect competitors in the mobile versions of x-ray and ultrasound imaging devices. Ossible offers lower cost than its indirect competitors for greater ease of use, similar accuracy, and similar portability. Although the tuning fork is substantially cheaper, the quantitative accuracy of the Ossible Mk 1 is much higher. In all cases, our device also does less harm in the process, with non ionizing radiation and no forcible contact with the site of injury.
